The boutique factory produces the widest range of specialty cheeses in the country – over 27,000 kilograms a year.
The cheeses are found in top restaurants and delicatessens around the world. The small factory is on State Highway 1 in Putaruru, in the heart of the South Waikato, and is open for tastings, demonstrations and cheesemaking courses. The shop sells the whole range of cheese, as well as gourmet accompaniments.
